Andrew Ruiz

From the age of 3 through sixth grade, I attended a local Montessori school, but it wasn’t until I started working at MAC in May of 2009 as a substitute teacher that I realized teaching at a Montessori school is where I truly wanted to be. After six months as a substitute, I was offered a co-teacher position in TC3, where I worked for 4 years. In 2013, I obtained my 0-3 Montessori certificate from The Montessori Institute and accepted the position of Nido After School Coordinator.

When I am not working, I enjoy playing the violin and making music with friends, as well as painting.  I also cut, color and style hair; before life at MAC I was a cosmetologist.
